Under Construction!
Silly me to doubt the power of prayer! I have been praying for a smooth transition into our helmet phase and we have it! Yesterday, I was amazed at how easily Nicholas became accustomed to his new headgear. He didn't cry or try and pull it off. He even fell asleep in the car on the way home. Silly me to be worried that this would some how alter the course of his personality and traumatize him!

I totally forgot to ask you about it today Margaret! I am so sorry. I am so glad the transition went well. He does look happy in the picture. I will continue to pray it CONTINUES to go well.

Yeah! Nicholas is so happy because he knows he still looks cute...helmet or no helmet!
By the way, did you know that they are selling these helmets "over the counter" now? I read about it in Parents magazine. There must be a high demand out there for a company to venture out like this!
We have known a few parents whose children had to wear a helmet and most of them said the baby never even fussed about after the initial days...maybe this positive attitude of Nicholas will remain!
He looks adorable. What a sweet little guy. His birthday photos are precious and what great vacation pics. I am so behind!
What a cutie!!! Thank you for our great meal on Sunday evening... it was great. Lake Cities has been such a blessing to us!
