A River Runs Through It
We had quite a river in our back yard from the storms Monday night. Our town got 1.46" of rain in 45 minutes. I have never seen our back yard flood before. The rainbow afterward was amazing. Visit this girl to see a great shot if it.

That is crazy. I am sure the photos don't even do it justice. I cannot believe all the rain. I have seen roads VERY near your house under water back in about 1988. That brings back memories.
That rain was CRAZY! We have a drain in our front yard, which Tobe had to go out and unclog during the storm. Nothing says safety like standing in your yard holding an umbrella during a major thunderstorm. Hopefully your backyard has survived!
